Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS ARE DETERMINED BY THE STORE THAT HANDLES YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE CALL THE STORE TO DISCUSS. NO USED PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect please contact us first so we can contact the manufacturer. We will give you further instructions are that point.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any mattress that has been opened and used
  • Any mattress with the tags removed

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or “floor models” cannot be refunded.

WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO VISIT YOUR CLOSEST STORE AND TEST OUT MATTRESSES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, this is determined by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. If you are outside your warranty period we cannot do an exchange.
